What We Do

Strategic Government Solutions LLC (SGS) facilitates partnerships and alliances between large and small businesses to compete on Federal contract opportunities as well as assist large businesses to establish sustainable subcontracting programs and identify potential small business subcontractors and partners. Additionally, SGS provides strategic consulting to federal agencies on how to attain their small business and socio-economic small business goaling achievements.

During my time at EPA, I got to know Lamont Norwood. He was a leader in the Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU). I found him to be a strong advocate for small and disadvantaged businesses. He was a visionary for the EPA OSDBU program. It was his goal strengthen the role of small businesses at the Agency. Lamont was focused on ensuring small businesses knew how best to organize for doing business with the federal government. He had a unique way of engaging with them to help train them on the uniqueness of federal procurement policies. Lamont is a leader and a savvy businessman with strong negotiation skills that would assist him in any future business ventures.
