The speakers: Dave Marrow (USACE Baltimore), Captain Ben Leppard (NAVFAC), Bill Burris (AFCEC), and Arielle Douglass (EPA) did outstanding jobs in making clear what their Agency’s procurement plans are for FY 2022 and beyond.
